Personal Neurodiversity Assessment Framework
At 1Diversity, we are committed to developing comprehensive testing and assessment frameworks that recognize and harness the unique talents of neurodivergent individuals.
A Personal Approach to your Neurodivergency
Where are you on the Scale of Neurodiversity
1Diversity has created a scale of neurodiversity from 0 to 100% that defines what each percentage point represents in terms of neurodivergent characteristics or traits.
Neurodiversity encompasses a range of neurological differences, that is designed to reflect the variance in certain traits commonly associated with conditions like autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and others.
This framework acts as a guide only to understanding that neurodiversity cannot be measured quantitatively in the same way as something like volume or weight:

It’s important to note that this scale is a simplification as a guide to understanding Neurodiversity of neurodivergent individuals. In practice, neurodiversity is not about a percentage scale but about recognizing and accommodating the diverse ways in which people’s brains operate.
Understanding the Neurodivergent Mapping
This mapping of the specific neurodivergent traits has been simplified as a scale to identify common characteristics associated with various neurodivergent conditions and to see how they might fit within each percentage range. This breakdown uses common traits from conditions like Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Dyslexia, and others.

This mapping also provides a broad spectrum view of how various neurodivergent traits are categorized within a conceptual scale. Each individual’s experience will vary, and real-life applications are considered as a much more nuanced approach, recognizing the unique and varied nature of neurodiversity beyond a linear scale.
Our approach focuses on creating inclusive, strength-based assessments that are designed to empower neurodivergent talent and align with their distinct cognitive styles.
